Deputies: Union foster mom took boy's Adderall pills

UNION, SC (FOX Carolina) -

Union County deputies said a Pauline woman is accused of filling a boy's prescription but not giving them to him.

Deputies said they were called in to investigate claims that Brandi Ham had been filling a boy in her care's prescription for Adderall but not giving them to the child.

Deputies arrested Ham, 30, on Monday, charging her with unlawful neglect of a child and a drug violation.

According to the sheriff's office report, Ham was the boy's foster mom.
