GAFFNEY, SC (FOX Carolina) -

Cherokee County dispatchers said a tractor-trailer collided with a car along I-85, causing a traffic jam Thursday night.

It happened near mile marker 101 B. Dispatch said the tractor-trailer was stuck in the middle of the road and blocked traffic. There were several injuries but they didn't believe they were life-threatening.

By about 12:45 a.m. Friday, the scene had been cleared. No other details were released about the crash.
