GREENVILLE, SC (FOX Carolina) -

A young woman is dead after a crash on I-385 in Greenville County late Friday night, according to troopers with the South Carolina Highway Patrol.

Troopers said a 22-year-old woman was driving a 2004 Nissan down I-385 South near Woodruff Road when she made an improper lane change, hit another car and overturned.

Coroner Parks Evans identified the woman as Lauren Kohlmorgen.

He said Kohlmorgen was not wearing a seatbelt and was thrown out of the passenger's window as the vehicle rolled over.

Evans said Kohlmorgen died at the scene from blunt force trauma to the head.

The driver of the other car was not hurt.
