EASLEY, SC (FOX Carolina) -

A pair of Easley High School football teammates will sign letters of intent with NCAA Division 1 schools on national signing day Wednesday.

Easley High officials said CJ Fuller and Quaven Ferguson will be the first two Green Wave players to become Division 1 football signees during the same season.

The pair will sign at 10 a.m. Wednesday in the Easley High School Media Center.

Fuller will sign with Orange Bowl champion Clemson, and Ferguson will sign with Atlantic Coast Conference Coastal Division champion Duke, officials said.

Fuller and Ferguson were part of three consecutive playoff teams for Easley, a first in school history, officials said.
