Trash pick up, court, Greenlink to resume in Greenville

GREENVILLE, SC (FOX Carolina) -

Many government facilities and services will begin returning to normal on Friday after the city suspended many services during the winter storm.

City officials said in a news release that Greenlink, the city's public transportation service, will resume operations at 12:30 p.m. and will operate on a regular operating schedule for the rest of the day.

City Hall and municipal courts will also be back in service, opening at 12 p.m. on Friday.

Trash pick up, which was also postponed in the city will resume Saturday, with residents whose normal pick up day is Wednesday will have it picked up Saturday, and people whose normal collection day is Thursday will have it on Monday.

Trash collection service for other customers will be one day late next week. (Monday pick up on Tuesday, Tuesday pick up on Wednesday, etc.)
