Arizonans weigh in on public policy on new website

Posted: Updated:
TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

Two Arizona government officials have created a new way to find out what issues matter most to their constituents.

A new website just launched by State Senator Bob Worsley and Arizona Secretary of State Ken Bennett called azvoices.gov allows voters to weigh in on pending laws and educate themselves on state issues.

A PDF of each bill is attached under "Version." Arizonans can then rank their level of support, from "strongly agree" to "strongly oppose."

At the bottom of each page is a comment section and an option to "Add your Idea" to create a discussion of your own.
