ASHEVILLE, NC (FOX Carolina) -

Deputies with the Buncombe County Sheriff's Office have charged a man for a pair of break-ins that occurred on Saturday and Sunday.

Deputies said Chad Roger Griffin, 48, of Leicester, was arrested for breaking and entering and larceny of a motor vehicle. They said other charges are pending.

Deputies have been investigating two breaking and entering cases that occurred this weekend.

Deputies said the first breaking and entering took place at the Fast Break II located at 306 Old Leicester Hwy. on Saturday morning. Deputies said they arrived on scene just before 5 a.m. after an alarm at the business was activated.

The second break-in occurred Sunday morning at the Fast Track, which is located at 631 Old Leicester Hwy. Deputies said they arrived just after 5:30 a.m. after that business' alarm sounded.

Deputies said the cars used in both of these incidents were recovered and were determined to have been stolen.

Deputies said these two incidents may be related to seven other similar breaking and entering incidents that have occurred in Buncombe County since December 2013.

If you recognize the suspect in these surveillance photos, you are asked to call the Buncombe County Sheriff's Office or Crime Stoppers at 828-255-5050.
