A couple of showers could linger into Wednesday morning, but skies will be clearing by midday. Highs will hit the low 70s in the Upstate and mid 60s in the mountains, which is about 10 to 15 degrees above normal for this time of year.
It will be breezy through Wednesday and Thursday, with the mild air sticking around. By Thursday night a cold front moves in, and that will bring a chance of strong thunderstorms. Our best chance for rain will come after 3 a.m. Friday and last through midday Friday.
Skies will clear for the weekend and temperatures should be seasonably cool.
