    Five people were arrested after Sullivan County authorities said they were involved in drug activity, including selling a drug known as “gravel” close to a Kingsport school.According to the Sullivan County Sheriff's Office, deputies found baggies of a substance they believe to be “gravel” at Darrell Larkins' home. WASHINGTON COUNTY, TN (WJHL) -

A woman wanted for a failure to appear in court charge, was captured Monday by Sullivan County Sheriff's Office deputies.

Rebecca Spears was listed as wanted by authorities for failing to appear in court on charges of driving on a suspended license and not having insurance.

After the arrest, SCSO turned Spear over to Washington County Sheriff's Office deputies.

Spears was featured on WJHL.com/Most Wanted and during News Channel 11's Most Wanted Roundup earlier this month.
