SPARTANBURG, SC (FOX Carolina) -

Spartanburg County deputies are looking for a missing Upstate man after he did not show up for a February court date and his brother filed a missing person's report.

Deputies said Kane Rollins, 44, was supposed to show up in court on Feb. 24 but was a no-show. His brother filed a missing person's report on Feb. 25.

Investigators have yet to locate Rollins and said he was seen at the bus station in Greenville County but did not get on a bus.

Deputies said they think Rollins may still be in the area and foul play is not suspected in his disappearance.

Rollins has 10 outstanding warrants on failure to appear in relation to obtaining property under false pretence, according to deputies.

Rollins is described as 6'1" tall, weighs about 215 pounds and his last known address was on Vega Street in Inman.

Anyone with information on Rollins' whereabouts is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-888-CRIME-SC or Investigator Tucker with the sheriff's office at 864-503-4528.
