GREENVILLE, SC (FOX Carolina) -

A customer reported her credit card information was stolen after visiting a Greenville piano bar.

According to a police report, the customer said she and a large group of friends went to Jack n' Diane's Dueling Piano Bar on Feb. 26.

In the report, the customer said after that visit, she and at least 10 other people from the group noticed or were advised of fraudulent activity on their credit cards. She said the transactions occurred in several different states.

The report said a detective contacted some of the other victims and advised them to file incident reports as well.

Jack n' Diane's owner Matt Kschinka released this statement regarded the incident report:

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused our customers. We are doing everything in our power to make sure this doesn't happen again. Our investigation into this unfortunate situation is complete and we are fixing the problem. Our system was remotely hacked through some sort of virus that gave the wrongdoers access to our system. Since then our current point of sale system has been cleaned of any viruses and has been updated. We have also switched P.O.S. systems from Positouch to the new Clover system, which to our knowledge, has the highest level of security that is available. This switch should take place over the next two days. Thank you to all of our customers who made us aware of the breach.-Jack n' Diane's.

In the release, Kschinka said his personal account was hacked and used in New York and Los Angeles. He said they are taking preventative measures to ensure it doesn't happen again.

Police said they are investigating, but they said they do not suspect anyone at Jack n' Diane's is responsible at this time.
