Deputies: Man used stolen credit card at Spartanburg businesses

SPARTANBURG, SC (FOX Carolina) -

The Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office is trying to identify a man they said fraudulently used a credit card in the area.

According to the incident report, the card was reported stolen on Jan. 28 after the cardholders reported about $700 in unauthorized purchases.

The victim reported the card was used at the CBS on Union Street and the Ingles on W. Pine Street in Spartanburg.

Deputies obtained surveillance video from stores and are now seeking the identity of an individual they believe is involved.
