UNION, SC (FOX Carolina) -

A Pacolet man faced another charge after deputies said he urinated in the back seat of a patrol car after being arrested, according to an incident report from the Union County Sheriff's Office.

On March 20, deputies responded to a call of a domestic disturbance on Wild Turkey Lane in Pacolet where deputies spoke with two witnesses and 34-year-old Erin Wyant, according to the incident report.

Deputies said Wyant became irate that a neighbor was "in his business," according to the report.

Wyant was issued a ticket and placed in the patrol car to be brought to the detention center, the report said.

The deputy said while driving Wyant to the sheriff's office he heard a zipper unzip and a "liquid sound coming from the back seat while Wyant giggled", according to the report.

At the jail deputies determined he had urinated on the floorboard of the deputies car, the report said.

According to online jail records, Wyant is charged with breach of peace and malicious damage to personal property valued at more than $2,000 but less than $10,000.
