GREENVILLE, SC (FOX Carolina) -

Greenville police say a man has been arrested after he committed three strong arm robberies in less than 24 hours.

Officer Jonathan Bragg said on the department's Facebook page that 54-year-old Timothy Stephens robbed a Family Dollar, a Dollar General and Citgo gas station on Laurens Road.

Bragg said Stephens forcibly took cash out of the register from the Citgo.

Stephens is charged with four counts of strong armed robbery and one count of petit larceny, according to online jail records provided by the sheriff's office.
