LAURENS, SC (FOX Carolina) -

Two people have been charged with violating chop shop laws and other crimes after deputies said they found a stolen four-wheeler, trailer and various drugs at a home in Mountville.

On March 21, Laurens County deputies received information that the stolen four-wheeler from Greenwood County was located at a home on Revan Drive in Laurens, according to the sheriff's office.

Deputies then executed a search warrant for the residence and found a trailer reported stolen from Cross Hill, the four-wheeler and other stolen property, Laurens County deputies said in a release.

The sheriff's office said various drugs were also found in the home.

Deputies arrested and charged 40-year-old Christopher Anders and 35-year-old Melissa Rhymer with three counts each of violation of the chop shop act, two counts each for receiving stolen goods, possession with intent to distribute marijuana and possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine.
