SPARTANBURG, SC (FOX Carolina) -

Traffic on I-85 northbound stopped Sunday evening after Spartanburg County Emergency dispatchers said a white minivan flipped several times.

South Carolina Highway Patrol troopers said five people were taken to Spartanburg Regional Medical Center by helicopter and ambulance. Troopers said they all had no life-threatening injuries.

Troopers said only the minivan was involved, when the vehicle blew a tire and overturned at mile marker 80.

Dispatch received the call just after 7 p.m. They said that cars heading northbound on the highway were stopped so that the helicopter could land on the road.
