Police: Seneca man charged in Clemson car break-ins

CLEMSON, SC (FOX Carolina) -

Clemson police have arrested and charged a man after investigating multiple car break-ins in the city. 

Police said James Durham, of Seneca, has been charged with breaking into a motor vehicle, malicious damage to personal property and petit larceny.

Durham is currently awaiting a bond hearing at the Clemson city jail, police said.

Police said this was the second arrest as part of an ongoing investigation.
