WARE SHOALS, SC (FOX Carolina) -

In a dispute about a false tax filing, a Ware Shoals man is accused of pointing a gun at the head of another man and threatening to kill him, according to police.

Ware Shoals police said they were called to the Ballentine Trailer Park in February about the assault.

Police said the victim and a witness were so upset when they arrived, they were crying and shaking.

They told officers that Terrence Frazier, 23, pointed a gun between the victim's eyes and said something to the effect of, "I think you did it and I'll kill your a**," according to the police report.

The victim had been talking to his girlfriend about filing their taxes and she said she discovered someone else had filed under her personal information, according to police.

As the victim left the room, that's when Frazier pointed the gun, police said. When the victim and woman called 911 and started screaming, Frazier took off into the woods and was gone by the time officers arrived, police said.

Frazier was later arrested and charged with aggravated assault, according to police.
