IVA, SC (FOX Carolina) -

An Iva man is facing four felony charges after deputies said he forced his way into his ex-girlfriend's home and assaulted a man there.

On Sunday morning, deputies said 20-year-old Donnie Ray Holcombe was armed when he entered the home, threatened the woman with a handgun and "pistol-whipped" a man in the home, according to warrants provided by the Anderson County Sheriff's Office.

Holcombe was located in Iva on Sunday evening and taken into custody without incident, according to Lt. Sheila Cole.

Holcombe is charged with first-degree burglary, criminal domestic violence of a high and aggravated nature, first-degree assault and battery and possession of a weapon during a violent crime, according to warrants.

Cole said if he is convicted of the four felony counts, he could face a minimum of 15 years in prison.
