Deputies: 3 teens charged in home break-ins in Marion

MARION, NC (FOX Carolina) -

Three teens have been arrested and charged after allegedly breaking into one of the teen's neighbor's homes, according to the McDowell County Sheriff's Office.

Deputies said 17-year-old Logan Bruce Shuford, 17-year-old Cristian Elan Arrasola and 18-year-old Javier Ivan Arrazola have each been charged with three counts of felony breaking and entering, two misdemeanor counts of damage to property, two felony counts of obtaining property by false pretense and one felony count of larceny.

The three are accused of breaking into homes in the mobile home park on U.S. 70 West in Marion where Arrasola lives and stealing property, including a video game system, jewelry, cash, a laptop and a car title, according to the sheriff's office.

Deputies said a portion of the stolen property has been recovered.

A mugshot for Shuford was not available.
