MARION, NC (FOX Carolina) -

A western North Carolina man is accused of breaking into two neighbors' homes, according to deputies.

McDowell County deputies said the man broke into the first neighbor's Old Fort home on March 3, stealing an antique silverware set.

Then six days later, the man broke into a woman's home stealing a laptop, binoculars, coins, a camera, jewelry and a backpack worth about $835, deputies said.

Since then, the suspect was identified as Jonathan Pagliarulo, 32, and arrested on two felony counts each of breaking and entering and larceny, deputies said.

Deputies said they were able to recover some of the stolen items.
