ROCK HILL, SC (FOX Carolina) -

The latest Winthrop Poll was released Wednesday, showing how South Carolina voters feel about the state and nation's leaders.

The poll surveyed 877 South Carolinians between April 6 and 13, asking them how they approve of several politicians in addition to concerns about financial and medical issues. The main results below show how registered voters weighed in.

The poll found almost 50 percent of registered voters surveyed approve of how Gov. Nikki Haley is doing her job and 43 percent approve of how U.S. Sen. Tim Scott, R-SC is doing.

The poll found 40 percent approved of Graham's job while 43 percent disapproved.  Poll Director Scott Huffmon cautioned that the difference between the two is just at the margin of error for the registered voter sample.

With regard to President Barack Obama, more than 50 percent of those surveyed disapproved of his job performance, posting a 37.8 percent approval rating.

Haley's disapproval rating came in at 39.6 percent.

The number one issue on respondents minds facing the nation is the economy/financial crisis. Only 0.5 percent of those surveyed said the crisis in Ukraine was a major concern for the US.
