WAYNESVILLE, NC (FOX Carolina) -

Two registered sex offenders have been arrested for living too close to a daycare or school in Henderson County.

Ermalynda Tarin McBroom Nelson, 39, and Dennis Goodman, 53, were both arrested on Tuesday because deputies said they were living within 1,000 feet of a daycare or school, in violation of their residence restrictions, according to warrants provided by the sheriff's office.

Deputy Heidi Warren said the two were arrested for completely unrelated incidents.
