Deputies: Nebo man breaks into neighbor's home, swipes gun

MARION, NC (FOX Carolina) -

A Nebo man is accused of breaking into a nearby home and stealing $300 worth of the victim's belongings, according to deputies.

McDowell County deputies said James Jones Jr., 51, broke into someone else's home and stole a shotgun and a computer worth a total of $300.

Deputies said their investigation led them to Jones and charged him with breaking and entering and larceny after breaking and entering.

The computer and gun were recovered.
