The Highway Patrol is investigating a crash that injured several people when a car drove under and into a tractor trailer in Greenville County on Thursday night.

Troopers said that at about 8:15 p.m. a Chrysler Sebring was headed north on Bruce Road near White Horse Road when the crash happened.

The car was driving at a high rate of speed when the truck was turning south onto Bruce Road, troopers said. They said the car drove under the tractor trailer, crashing and catching fire.

They said the driver of the tractor trailer was OK.
