PICKENS, SC (FOX Carolina) -
A Pickens County man was found guilty in court on Thursday in a sexual assault of a minor case, according to the solicitor's office.
Prosecutors said a jury found Joseph Drachslin Sr., 77, guilty of first-degree and third-degree criminal sexual conduct of a minor. He was acquitted on a second count of third-degree criminal sexual conduct of a minor.
A judge sentenced Drachslin to 25 years in prison and he will not be eligible for parole until he serves at least 85 percent of his sentence.
Online jail records show Drachslin was arrested on March 12, 2013 on the three charges by the Pickens County Sheriff's Office.
