I-385 back open following Greenville wreck

GREENVILLE, SC (FOX Carolina) -

Interstate 385 south in Greenville County was reopened early Friday following a wreck.

Dispatchers said the wreck happened near Highway 291 in the southbound lanes Thursday night. Greenville police said a reconstruction crew was on scene and there were serious injuries.

Dispatchers said the wreck shut down the interstate from Stone Avenue to Haywood Road at I-385, but reopened around 1:00 Friday morning.
