SPARTANBURG, SC (FOX Carolina) -

At the busy intersection of McCravy and North Pine Street in Spartanburg, Rhonda West said she got the scare of her life.

Police said a woman in a silver minivan with a busted front headlight was speeding down Pine Street, but West could not get out of her way. West told FOX Carolina's Andrew Reeser the woman then "flipped out."

"You could tell she was doing motions with her hands and gestures," said West. "I got over in the left lane so she stayed in the right lane. She gets out of her car and she starts yelling at me and cussing and I couldn't go nowhere because the cars were in front of me."

Scared for her life, West called 911.

"She came over to my car and started kicking it," said West. "I thought she was gonna jump on my car."

West said the woman caused minor damage to the front bumper.

She filed a police report after trying to get the woman's license plate number before she drove off.
