WOODRUFF, SC (FOX Carolina) -

Woodruff police said three people have been arrested in Myrtle Beach after bullets struck a car with a child inside during a drive-by shooting on April 29.

Police said officers responded to Woodruff Street where they found a car with bullet holes in the front and rear passenger doors.

According to police, two people were inside the car during the shooting, including a minor child. Both were unharmed.

Through their investigation, police determined the suspect was in a 2005 silver Nissan Maxima, registered to Shawnie Wilson of Wellford.

Police said Wilson's boyfriend, Tyrus Murray, was the shooter.

According to police, Murray, Wilson and an accomplice Marcus Todd fled to Myrtle Beach.

Warrants were signed on Murray for two counts of attempted murder. Todd and Wilson had warrants for accessory after the fact.

On May 1, the trio was taken into custody by the Horry County Police Department at a Walmart in Myrtle Beach.

Police said Wilson had a .380 handgun in her possession when she was arrested. They said she was also charged with giving false information to police by Horry County officers.

Todd was charged by Horry County officers with shoplifting from the Walmart. Police said Todd also had a .380 handgun in his possession.

Murray was also charged with giving false information to police in Myrtle Beach.

The three are being held at the Horry County jail and will be released to Woodruff police after they have completed their sentencing requirements, police said.
