Due to logistical issues, the Legends Football League (LFL) and Toledo Crush officials have re-scheduled Saturday night's debut game at Huntington Center.
"We sincerely apologize to all the incredible fans in Toledo that were set to enjoy the debut of LFL Football and their Toledo Crush. We look forward to kicking-off the season on June 21st at Huntington Center", said Mitchell S. Mortaza, Chairman, Toledo Crush Football Club.
League officials say they had to cancel the game because they were unable to transport game staging equipment.
Fans can get a full refund to the Saturday, May 10, game or apply the ticket toward the re-scheduled date of Friday, July 11th. The LFL is entering its 5th season. The Crush relocated from Cleveland and will debut May 31st in Jacksonville. The team will return home to host their opener at Huntington Center on Saturday, June 21st vs. Baltimore Charm.
