Police search for suspect after Asheville bank robbed

ASHEVILLE, NC (FOX Carolina) -

Asheville police are searching for a suspect after a bank robbery on Monday.

Police said at 2:41 p.m. the robbery was reported at PNC Bank at 2351 Hendersonville Rd.

The suspect is described as being a man between 5'10"and 6'0" with a thin build. 

Police said he was wearing a mask and gloves, an olive green long-sleeve shirt and a camo ball cap and camo pants.

Police said he was last seen running into the woods behind the bank's parking lot.

No one was injured in the robbery.
