WESTMINSTER, SC (FOX Carolina) -

The Oconee County Sheriff's Office has arrested a Westminster man and are looking for his son in connection with a burglary that occurred in late May.

Public Information Officer Jimmy Watt said deputies responded to an address on Dr. John's Road in Westminster on May 27 where a Stihl Chop Saw, a Kawasaki dirt bike, a fresh air blower, a back pack blower, a 5500 watt generator and an air wrench were taken from a blue building on the property.

The sheriff's office's investigation led them to issuing arrest warrants against 45-year-old Steven Craig on the charges of grand larceny and second-degree burglary, Watt said.

Watt said Craig's son, 21-year-old William Craig, is also being sought on the same charges as his father in the case.

Watt said the dirt bike, air blower and the air wrench have been recovered. He said the other items are still missing.

Anyone with information on William Craig's whereabouts is asked to contact Crime Stoppers at 888-CRIME-SC.
