A legendary Nashville watering hole is making a comeback.
The owner of M.L. Rose is teaming up with a developer to bring back The Sutler.
The Sutler was a Nashville favorite for 30 years, located off Eighth Avenue South in the Melrose neighborhood.
It was a great spot for local music then and still attracted stars who'd gone on to bigger stages.
The Sutler closed in 2005.
The new version will be in the old Melrose theater building, which is being redeveloped into a mixed-use space.
The Sutler will feature a full-service restaurant, bar and live music.
