SPARTANBURG, SC (FOX Carolina) -

Several residents of Spartanburg County woke up to racist graffiti painted on their homes on Wednesday morning.

According to an incident report from the sheriff's office, a woman on Palmetto Drive told deputies she was getting ready to leave for work when she noticed someone wrote "kill all n******" on her garage door.

Deputies noticed another home on the street with the same words written on the garage door, the report said.

Neither victim said they know anyone who would've done this to their homes. They told FOX Carolina they are worried for themselves and for their neighbors.

Deputies took photos of the doors and the incident is under investigation.
