GREENVILLE, SC (FOX Carolina) -

The Greenville County Sheriff's Office said they have one suspect in custody and another is wanted in connection with the armed robbery of a ReWa truck.

Master Deputy Jonathan Smith said Joshua Steven Sanchez has been arrested and is being held at the Greenville County Detention Center on the charges of carjacking, two counts of armed robbery and possession of a weapon during a violent crime in the incident that happened in late May.

He said Amanda Marie Ayers is wanted on the same charges.

On May 27, two ReWa employees drove their truck in to the pump station on Lakeside Road for routine maintenance when a pickup truck followed them onto the property.

The executive director of ReWa, Ray Orvin, said his staff turned around and headed back toward the gate and the pickup followed behind. Orvin said the pickup then crashed into the ReWa truck.

That's when the driver got out a shotgun and told the staff to leave, according to Orvin. He said they ran into the woods and the man, with a woman, hopped into the ReWa truck and drove off.

The truck was found later that day near River Road and Sir Lancelot Drive in Piedmont.

Anyone with information on Ayers' whereabouts is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 864-23-CRIME.
