Summer begins at 6:51 a.m. on Saturday, but it has felt like summer for several weeks now. Expect another hot day with highs in the mid 90s for the Upstate and upper 80s in the mountains on Saturday. A few storms will pop-up during the afternoon.
Sunday brings more heat and humidity, with highs staying in the upper 80s to low 90s. Storms will develop after 2 p.m., but they should be isolated in nature.
Temperatures will cool down slightly next week. Highs will drop back into the 80s area-wide, with increasing rain chances for Tuesday and Wednesday.
