Officers said they were called to the Coca-Cola Bottling Company on West Main Street where tires had been slashed on two company vans, both of which had been wrapped with Coca-Cola logos.

In all of the above cases, officers noted than each damaged tire had a one inch gash in the sidewall. Officers did not mention any connection between the incidents.

Officers said a man living at Crescent Hills Apartments on Oakview Drive also reported that the tires on his Saturn Ion had been flattened Thursday morning. Officers were not able to identify puncture wounds in that case, according to reports.

Friday morning, officers responded to another vandalism call, where a woman reported that two tires on her vehicle had been slashed at the Hillcrest Town Homes on East Main Street. In that case, the victim told officers that an ex-boyfriend had threatened to cut her tires.
