SPARTANBURG, SC (FOX Carolina) -

A Rutherford County woman is in jail, accused of driving drunk and colliding head-on with a car on Business Interstate 85, killing the passenger.

The South Carolina Highway Patrol said they arrested Lisa Fall, 42, after she was released from the hospital in connection with the June 13 crash that injured the teenage driver and killed his brother.

Troopers said Fall was driving a Ford Mustang south in the northbound lane when it hit a Honda Civic head-on, entrapping all three people in the vehicles.

All three people were taken to the hospital and on June 14, the coroner said 17-year-old passenger Allen Turlak died from his injuries.

Fall is being held in the Spartanburg County jail without bond on the charges of felony driving under the influence involving great injury and felony driving under the influence involving death.
