ENOREE, SC (FOX Carolina) -

Spartanburg County deputies said they arrested a man who works at the Tyger River Correctional Institution in Enoree who is accused of sexually abusing two young girls.

Deputies said they began investigating Walter Dwayne Davis, 37, back on May 14, when both victims - ages 11 and 13 - accused Davis of sexual assault.

The victims' mom says Davis began sexually abusing her daughters in 2012.

Deputies said they arrested him on Monday and charged him with two counts of criminal sexual conduct with a minor second degree.

Davis was denied bond by a judge overnight.
