University of Cincinnati's College of Nursing is collaborating with Maple Knoll Village, a retirement community in Springdale, to create technology aimed at helping older adults.
They are developing things like fall detection sensors and open/close sensors.
They are also incorporating telehealth robots into the training.
College of Nursing's Dr. Debi Sampsel, Megan Gresham of Maple Knoll Village and engineering student Guarav Patil visited FOX19 to talk about the technology.
