SPARTANBURG, SC (FOX Carolina) -

Spartanburg County deputies located a missing teenage girl who had been missing since a fight at her home over the weekend.

The sheriff's office said 15-year-old Vazquavia Littlejohn went missing on June 29 and was reunited with her mother on Tuesday afternoon.

Deputies said she has a medical condition which she must take prescription medication for on a regular basis. They said she left home without it.

According to the incident report, deputies were called to the teen's home on the day she went missing after a report of a fight. When deputies arrived, they spoke with the girl's father who said his son found a boy hiding in the girl's closet.

Deputies said they learned the boy was invited to the home by the teen, and had entered the home using a ladder.

After the boy was found in the house, Vazquavia ran out of the home headed toward Highway 9.

Vazquavia went missing earlier in June after running away from a hospital. She was found a short time later at a church on South Church Street.
