BOWLING GREEN, OH (Toledo News Now) -
Police in Bowling Green
are investigating a burglary from a home where several items were stolen,
including two guns.
The theft occurred July 4
on Darlyn Street, and police say they don't currently have any suspects in the
case. In addition to two shotguns, about $20,000 worth of collectible coins
were taken, as well as some imported liquor.
Neighbors in the area say
they're worried this could happen to them, while police are concerned with the
fact that the thief has two shotguns.
"We're concerned about
having those guns in public by someone that would be willing to steal them,"
said Lt. Bradley Biller with the Bowling Green Police. "We could probably make
the leap that that person's probably not going to be a responsible possessor of
