A U.S. Army captain stationed in South Korea surprised his 14-year-old daughter with a surprise visit to a soccer game in Greenville County.

Capt. Lex Oren has been working with the Army Corps of Engineers in South Korea for the last ten months and finally has some time off.

The Oren family from Chattanooga, TN, was expecting to see their father again on Monday when they were scheduled to fly to South Korea, but he didn't want to miss the opportunity to see his daughter Lille and her soccer team vie for a national title in the U.S. Youth Soccer National Presidents Cup.

Lex surprised Lillie when he appeared in front of her team and dozens of spectators on field 9 of the MESA Soccer Complex before the team played their first game Thursday morning.

Lillie's team, the Chattanooga Football Club Academy, tied their first game against a California team 1-1.
