HENDERSONVILLE, NC (FOX Carolina) -

A Greer man accused of gunning down a flea market vendor after an argument over prices will head to trial in Henderson County Superior Court on Monday.

Otha Barefoot, 29, of Wolfe Road, Greer, was charged with murder after deputies said he shot and killed Paul Bradish, 59, of Asheville, inside Smiley's Flea Market in Fletcher.

The murder happened in front of several witnesses Feb. 26, 2012, just after 7 a.m.

Witnesses said Barefoot fired between four to five shots and then fired two additional shots into Bradish's head after the man had fallen to the ground.
