Storms will be likely on Tuesday as a cold front moves through the Carolinas and Georgia.
The best chance for rain will be Tuesday afternoon, then skies will clear Tuesday night. Damaging wind and hail will be possible with any storm that develops.
Rain clears out Tuesday night as cooler and drier air settles in. Overnight lows Tuesday will drop into the 50s across the mountains and mid 60s in the Upstate.
Wednesday is looking beautiful with highs ranging from the 70s in the mountains to low 80s in the Upstate.
Temperatures will stay cooler than normal through the week. Then clouds and showers are back in the forecast for this weekend.
