SPARTANBURG, SC (FOX Carolina) -

Spartanburg County deputies responded to reports of a car break-in at JCR Racing in Spartanburg on Monday.

When deputies arrived at the address on Melvin Drive, they spoke with a man who reported parking a 2008 Freightliner there on Sunday night, according to the incident report.

The next day he said he returned and found the driver's side window busted out and a black aluminum baseball bat on the ground nearby.

The man told deputies the vehicle is registered to Anthony Clements.
