Unknown thieves broke into a Spartanburg animal clinic, stealing computers, cash and other electronics, according to deputies.

Spartanburg County deputies said a nurse arrived to find the alarm going off and sheet rock dust on the floor inside Palmetto Animal Clinic on Southport Road on Tuesday.

The nurse discovered TVs, two laptops and a cashbox missing from the clinic along with a busted window, deputies said.

According to the sheriff's office report, deputies were dispatched to the clinic at 11:46 p.m. on Monday for an alarm call, but could not find the source of the alarm.

Anyone with information on the burglary should call Crime Stoppers at 1-888-CRIME-SC.
