Deputies make arrest after Asheville Savings Bank robbed

ASHEVILLE, NC (FOX Carolina) -

Buncombe County deputies have arrested a woman after the Asheville Savings Bank was robbed on Thursday.

Deputies said they were called to the bank on Old Eastwood Village Boulevard at 3:30 p.m.

The suspect was described as 5'4", with a slender build and has burns or red dye on her hands, according to the sheriff's office. 

On Friday, deputies said they identified the suspect as Christian Gabrielle Street, 22, and charged her with common law robbery.
