Deputies: Man wanted after assault at Chuck E. Cheese's

SPARTANBURG, SC (FOX Carolina) -

Spartanburg County deputies said a man is wanted after assaulting a woman outside a Chuck E. Cheese's restaurant.

Deputies said they were dispatches to the restaurant at 660 Spartan Boulevard just before 5 p.m. Saturday after receiving a call about a fight in progress.

Deputies said the victims and witnesses were still present but the suspect had fled.

The victim said Tony Hollis got into a fight with her husband in the parking lot after Hollis had been drunk and cursing inside the restaurant, according to incident reports.

The victim tried to break up the fight when Hollis began hitting her in the head and then drove off in a black truck, reports state.

Witnesses said they saw the suspect hit the woman in the face and the nose.

Deputies said the victim had several red marks on her face.

According to reports, a judge issued an arrest warrant charging Hollis with assault and battery third degree.
