Kathleen Richards, spokeswoman for the Henderson Police Department, said the man fell through a skylight at the Ocean Spray Black Mountain Distribution Center located near American Pacific Drive and Stephanie Street after 10 a.m. on Saturday.

The man, identified by the office of the Clark County Coroner as 53-year-old Harry Lentz, was taken to Sunrise Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

The coroner's office listed Lentz's cause of death as blunt impact injuries to the head and torso, and an accident.
